when will my order ship?

Orders typically are sent out in 5-7 business days, sooner when possible. Since I pack and ship out orders entirely myself, please be patient as I fulfill the orders!

how long will it take for my order to arrive?

PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 WEEKS FOR US ORDERS 

Usually your order will arrive in 1-2 weeks for US orders. USPS has been seeing delays in deliveries because of Covid-19. If you haven't received your order within the timeframe listed above, feel free to email me with your order number at hello@cosmicmarket.co and I will see what I can do!

what is a preorder?

A few of our products, specifically our sweatsuits and handbags, are either made to order or in very small batches. When you place a preorder, that moves your item(s) into production. Please see individual product pages for estimated preorder production times.

do my non-preorder items ship when my preorder items ship?

Because shipping rates are combined at check out, all items will ship at the same time. If you'd like your items to ship separately, please place separate orders.

can i return or exchange my order?

It's important to me that you're excited and fully informed before you place your order. Please take time to review all product information and feel free to reach out with any questions about our items.

If you have a problem with your order or need to make a return or exchange, contact hello@cosmicmarket.co within 7 days of delivery.

Accessories + Apparel: returns are welcome if the items are in new, unwashed condition

Vintage + Preloved: returns are welcome if items are returned in the condition they were received

Please Note: Returns and exchanges can only be made at the discretion of Cosmic Market.

Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s).

can i recycle your packaging?

I try my very best to purchase packaging that can be reused or recycled! The mailers and boxes are all recyclable or compostable as are most of the other packing materials. Just make sure to remove any stickers or tape!
